Ion Twin Video Camera

Ok, this is cool.  This new video camera puts a lens on both sides on the camera body, so that you can record the action, but also record yourself recording the action.  So many possibilities of how this could be seriously useful but at first glance it does remind me of ichat, which I am so used to at this point, that the box in box (as show below) feels very familiar.  Ion expects to release the Twin Video sometime this Spring for about $250.  Check out the action video below:

The Type Of Girl Who Dots Her I's With Hearts

When I was 4th grade I without a doubt dotted my I's with hearts and although I would like to think I was already exploring the fun of typography - I think in reality, I just liked to draw hearts (who didn't).  NYC based graphic designer Tara took this as inspiration for a design that embraces the fun of being feminine and the love of all things vintage.  Her limited edition The type of girl who dots her I's with hearts tote (18th century silhouette meets 21st century type) is made out of heavyweight canvas and is perfect for groceries, books, or if you just want to bring back 4th grade memories.  Purchase here but hurry there are only 50 left!

Accent On Purple

I don't know why I count purple out, but I totally do.  Clearly I shouldn't, cause the tone and warmth is so appealing.  I need to bring more purple into my life I think.
