Zaky Infant Pillow

I think if I were a mother I would have purchased this already, but since I am not, I am going to raise the creepy flag.  Am I wrong, or does it seem that those 'helping hands' might come to life and quietly steal that sleeping bundle of joy.  Since I can't speak from experience, I am just going to assume that with babies, any type of extra hands help (even the scary ones :)
